Your mission

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated advance methods engineer - Electrical in overseeing and managing fitting - Electrical activities within an industrial and engineering environment. This position involves coordinating design, assembly, processes, method preparation, Special process, ensuring the Industrialization & delivery of trains within the time frame as per project requirement and optimizing industrial processes to meet quality and efficiency goals.

Your profile

  • Define the Industrial documentation and processes.
  • Lead the industrialization of technical documentation, respecting the Standard Manufacturing Process & Standard Manufacturing Line guidelines, footprint, Jigs & Fixture requirements study and implementation.
  • Able to set new manufacturing line.
  • Responsible for engineering design review & manufacturing process design, able to make MBoM & PBoM.
  • Elaborate the required industrial deliverables: Macro-process, Work Instructions, implantation of the workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequence and/or Standard Operations Procedure, Method times, definitive Layouts, Taks sequence.
  • Responsible for special process activity Crimping, Shielding. 
  • Good understanding about electrical process Cabling, Routing, Wiring & Integration.
  • Elaborate the specification of requirements for the Industrial means and tools,
  • Design the tool or subcontract the design activities.
  • Implement the Project Make or Buy strategy in all deliverables.
  • Define and implement the training plan related to industrial topics and to Special Processes. 
  • Adhere EHS compliance at line to ensure safe working environment.
  • Analyse the need for tooling and propose the adequate solutions.
  • Knowledge about drawing 2D/3D and work Instructions & Bill of Materials, Risk assessment, Ergonomics.
  • Lean Manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma tools.
  • Process PFMEA, QRQC, process improvement.
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and collaborating with IR/third party personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources and maintaining compliance with establishes policies and procedures.
  • Maintain harmonious relationship with all stakeholders and staff.
  • Resolve personnel problem & maintain data for investigating issue, identifying solutions and recommending actions.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending CFT workshop for improvements and benchmarking stated-art-practice to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Create assembly flow process and required manpower at each station and allocate job cards to blue collar staff.
  • Validate the Operations tooling during First Article Inspection, including operating procedures, inspection and calibration requirement.
  • Ensures that the Warehouse is set-up to utilize space efficiently including Material packaging, Kitting (Purchasing & line feeding), Stacking, Shop floor movement and related improvements utilizing the Lean methodologies.
  • Carries out Ergonomic analysis in the work area, related corrective and improvement actions thus ensuring adequate Ergonomic conditions for the Production area personnel.
  • Participates in CCB (Change and Configuration Board) to validate Engineering / Procurement / Supplier Quality / Process changes etc. and defines date or rank of application in line with Design-to-Cost, Material coverage etc.
  • Awareness of DIN/EN standards applicable for Special Processes like Crimping, Gluing, torquing etc. and ensures qualification of Manufacturing blue collars as a pre-requisite for Production.
  • Lean manufacturing implementation – 5S, VSM, Time study, Kaizen drive, Continuous improvement drive
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and safety departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare the documentation & records for internal and external audits
