Your mission
Your profile
- Ensuring all data is entered into inward and outward stock correctly and without errors to maintain inventory accuracy and order fulfillment efficiency.
- Accurately inputting inventory information, including stock levels and transaction details, into warehouse software like (ERP System).
- Monitor and support shop-floor activities including physical counting, verification, unloading, putaway, kitting, picking, and line feeding.
- Prepare daily operational reports, track performance, and drive mitigation actions for process failures.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and implementation of 5S practices.
- Update system records, stock reports, and maintain accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly reports as required
- Coordinate with warehouse team for timely data updates
- Monitor system errors and report issues to the supervisor
- Assist in basic documentation and filing work
- Ability to follow SOPs, Safety/security protocols, and compliance regulations.
- Work in Shift & own the responsibility to report tracking & report circulation.
